• Resale tax certificates for all states where orders will ship (NOTE: tax will be charged for orders without a valid resale certificate)

Payment Form Accepted – Checks, Wires, ACH, credit cards accepted for initial orders during credit underwriting. Note that senders are responsible for wire/ACH fees deducted by transmitting or intermediary financial institutions.
